Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Adjudo marketing site at adjudoai.com and any preview or waitlist submissions. They do not govern use of the Adjudo product itself — enterprise customers receive a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and / or Data Processing Agreement (DPA) which take precedence for product use.
1. Acceptance
By using adjudoai.com or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Adjudo is a B2B product; the site is intended for professional use.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't submit Protected Health Information through the site.
- Don't scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the site beyond what robots.txt allows.
- Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
- Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source from the front-end beyond what's allowed by law.
4. Content & IP
The site, including text, graphics, code, model evaluation results shown publicly, and the Adjudo marks, are owned by Adjudo or its licensors. You may share the URL and refer to the marks for identification, but you may not use them in a way that implies endorsement.
5. Forward-looking statements
Marketing copy may include forward-looking statements about product capabilities, performance benchmarks, and roadmap. Actual product terms are governed by your MSA. Performance benchmarks reflect internal evaluation against specific datasets and are not guarantees of production performance.
6. Third-party links
We may link to third-party sites (e.g., Bitbucket, Vercel, Brevo). We're not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The marketing site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be available, error-free, or that any benchmarks shown will reflect your specific deployment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adjudo's aggregate liability arising from your use of the marketing site is limited to USD 100. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts in Delaware. Indian customers may alternatively bring disputes in Mumbai under Indian law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged with an updated Effective date and, where appropriate, an email notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
